4.2 You may register only one account on the q333 platform. The existence of multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. q333 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.
4.3 You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly should any details change. q333 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep account information current.
4.4 q333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 Any activity conducted through your q333 account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be deemed to have been authorised by you. q333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
5.3 You must notify q333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. q333 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation.
5.4 q333 will never contact you by unsolicited communication requesting your password. Any such communication should be reported to q333 support immediately as a potential phishing attempt.
6.1 All deposits to your q333 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q333 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.
6.2 You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. q333 reserves the right to return funds deposited from third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
6.3 q333 does not impose deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile money operator.
6.4 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated by q333 from time to time.
6.5 Deposits are credited to your q333 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. q333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, network outages, or bank processing times.
7.1 You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your q333 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete q333's KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and, where applicable, proof of your payment method ownership.
7.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. q333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
7.4 Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.
7.5 q333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. q333 will notify you of any delay and provide a reason where legally permissible to do so.
7.6 Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that satisfy applicable wagering requirements may be requested for withdrawal.
8.1 q333 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

13.3 q333's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits q333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
